Do I need to be good with tech?: No. If you can send a message, you can run your crew. We set everything up with you, including moving your existing spreadsheets over.
Will it message my customers on its own?: Never without your approval. Your crew drafts, you approve or edit with one tap, then it sends. You can see everything it did.
Can I rename the crew?: Yes. Call the Purser "Percy" or anything your team likes. The nickname shows up everywhere.
